Solid sterling cast skull pendant. Heavy and solid and unisex and chunky enough for men

Given a dark patina and a shine and hanging from a 20 inch chain.
You can choose your chain from the chains shown in the last photo, from a silver plated chain or oxidized sterling silver rolo style chain.

This is a large piece, one photo shows a coyote tooth in the photo for size reference. The pendant measures approximately 1 inch in height
